Who are the Seraphim? What is their role during the Ascension of the planet?

Short version
The Seraphim are connected to the Annunaki and the Elohim and they were responsible for bringing about the incarnation of the human species that you see today in your world. This is not to say that they are different from the previous version of the human. However this was a degraded version. This was then infiltrated by the Draco, Reptilian and Orion Greys. Which is the remnants of what you see of the imprisoned population. What we as a collective are trying to do with the Galactic Federation and many others is to stabilized the field and bring about peace so that all of the beings imprisoned are able to ascend to a level and then we can discern where each being might be placed. The Seraphim are out of the picture - they have in a way been put into a quarantine and do not have a say in what is being done right now.
Long version
Adam and Eve were the first generation of the human form or design. The next layer or generation came with Noah. After the floods his generation populated the earth and this form of the human was a direct connection to Adam and Eve, there were changes obviously due to the environment and other implications. After this the next iteration was what you would call the Mu civilization. These beings became highly evolved and they were able to connect with beings from other planes of existence. This is when the first contact was made with the Seraphim. Through this contact the Annunaki and the Elohim aligned and made a further agreement with the Seraphim to conduct certain experiments on the earth plane. They did this outside of the confines of what you know as the evolutionary cycle as designed by All That Is.
With this infiltration, they infected the pure population. These beings were of giants and evolved beings that used this angelic form of their DNA shall we say to merge with the human DNA. What came about was a hybrid form that mingled with the then population of the earth plane. These beings then further mingled and the population became infected by these beings. The pureness of the original human was lost. There were very few that survived without the influence of these hybrid beings. There was then the wars known as the 'Lyran wars' that wiped out many of the populations and further species landed on the earth plane further bringing in their own species and hybrid specimens to intermingle with the already degraded human form. From this came the civilisation of Atlantis and Lemuria. These beings were highly evolved and were able to connect spiritually to the higher realms. They were able to align with the truth and many in high places in society were able to restrict the mingling of the tribes and were able to establish some semblance of purity. These beings were able to bring about the mystery schools that were able to isolate the races and in this way create direct paths to the original races and connect to these races directly thus establishing the direct lineage and history of their origin.
However, this was not meant to be as the Draco and the Orion Greys attacked during this time and wiped out this entire civilization and what it was they achieved. With the infiltration of the Draco, the population was further degraded, they installed their technology on the moon and upon the earth that emitted low vibration frequency that energetically altered the DNA of the population to match the lower aggressive frequency that they preferred to exist within. This has been the state of the plane until this time of ascension. The agreement with the Galactic Federation and many races is to bring about stability to the earth plane and rescue as many souls as possible during the transition and the movement of the earth plane through the photon belt. During this time we are trying our best to stabilize the entire atmosphere and all its inhabitants so that we might align as many beings as we can to their original source and star families. Once they have been aligned then decisions will be made as to where they will be placed on the cosmic evolutionary cycle. The question about the interference of the Seraphim, Annunaki or the Elohim in this process or mission is out of the question. The races or beings that caused harm to the earth plane have been banned from participating in this mission, many of those being the Seraphim, Annunaki, Elohim, Draco and Orion Greys to name a few. There are many other races that are not familiar to you but these are known and are left out of this mission for their past involvement. When the ascension is complete and the rescued souls placed within the cosmic evolutionary cycle, then decisions will be made on individual and soul levels for future progress.
