Understanding Ascended Masters
The concept of an Ascended Masters represents highly evolved beings who once walked the Earth and have since transitioned to a higher state of consciousness to become light beings. These enlightened entities are believed to guide humanity, offering wisdom and support to those on a spiritual path. Many individuals seek to connect with these beings to enhance their personal growth and understanding of the universe. The process of connecting with and learning from these ascended beings is an experience that goes beyond traditional education - it requires openness, dedication, and a strong desire for spiritual advancement.
While all of this is true, my personal experience and introduction to these Ascended Masters began quite by accident, it was profound, it was magical and is still transforming my life in the best way possible. Many of you might be familiar with my journey, when in 2018, I was rescued by these Ascended Masters from a very dark night of the soul. My energy was, at that time infiltrated by Tall Whites and their entourage, that included the Draco Reptilians and Orion Greys. These entities arrived as a group of five beings and convinced me to communicate with them telepathically. They were at first very charming and loving, me being very naive to all things extraterrestrial, was nonetheless intrigued, and wanted to experience this phenomenon, gave consent to this interaction. In doing so, I unconsciously gave them permission to interface with my energy, however, this to them was like a blanket approval to do whatever they wanted within my energy field. This was a grave mistake on my part - as they completely took over my energy field, as they began experimenting with my body and my energy.
They tore and wounded my aura, and did a lot of damage to my physical, emotional and mental body. After struggling for many nights, not knowing how to get myself out of this predicament, I asked for help from energy and spiritual healers. After multiple sessions, I did find some reprieve, however they came back, mocking me, saying that I was stuck with them forever. It was a very frightening and scary time for me, as they were a booming presence in my mind, taking up space in my thoughts and my every action. They (the five) each had opinions about everything I said and did, so it was hard for me to do my job and live my life in peace.
It was then that my plea was finally heard and after another healing session, Quan Yin came through as she introduced me to the Ascended Master, Yeshua bin Joseph. Between the two of them, they began to extricate me from this mess I had created. I was then surrounded by other Ascended Masters, who formed a pyramid shaped vortex around me, protecting and shielding me while they severed ties with these entities. It was a process that took about two troubling days and nights, where this battle for my soul ensued. These Ascended Masters formed a pyramid around me - who revealed themselves to me as Quan Yin, Yeshua Bin Joseph, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, with Archangel Michael at the top of this pyramid. Since this remarkable rescue, I went through a period of tremendous healing - energetically, mentally, spiritually and physically. I was then introduced to Elizabeth - the mother of John the Baptist, who came to me as a healer and a companion to nurture me back to health.
We went on this journey together for three intense years that spanned across many places and during my travels from Salt Spring Island to India, where I spent a few months, then returned to Canada. Through it all, I was taught the intricacies of getting to know more about the Draco wars and the invasion of the earth plane. I was then exposed to and became aware of my own soul's lineage and my epic past life experiences. My soul guides and guardians also changed hands since that episode in 2018 after my encounter with the dark ones. I was aligned with my soul family - my primary guide came forth to volunteer its service in protecting and guiding me for the rest of my days on earth. As I went through all of these initiations, agreements were made - consciously this time, as I became familiar and comfortable with these new energies around me. They were vastly different from the very aggressive and harsh energies of the Tall Whites and the Draco beings. I felt an affinity towards them while my being experienced a calmness around these beings. I was always grounded in the feeling of being 'at home' and comfortable with them. They were and are always kind, loving and patient. I had and still have a million questions that I ask of them and always, always receive the most profound and accurate answers. If the time is not right for me to receive any information, I am guided to practice patience as things eventually unfold in divine timing.
As I explored and expanded my awareness, things started to shift within my being, my awareness and my relationship with the world around me. I saw things for what they truly were - the matrix for what it really was, the grand deception of what was truly taking place upon this plane of existence and so, so much more. Again, I had a million questions within all of these explorations and as I found answers, I explored even deeper and went down many rabbit holes as I discovered more about the world in which we live. I also got to know more about these Ascended Masters and startbeings, their roles and why they were here, assisting us at this time.
Ascension prayer: Almighty God, Source of all Creation - I come to you with a pure heart and ask for your blessing and guidance during my ascension. As I train, may all that is good and true for my path back to YOU, come to fruition. I ask this in your name.

Documenting the Training Process
My soul family have created what they call a 'galactic hub'. This spectacular etheric hub is a meeting place for many inter-dimensional beings that come to this way station for many reasons. It is here that my team resides and 'rents' out space to many others who come to visit and require a place to land for their various roles in this large cosmic drama. This is how I got to initially interact with Yeshua, Mary Magdalene and countless other beings that visited or "dropped in" at the hub. I am a 'member' of this hub if you will and so am privy to their conversations telepathically (well - most conversations anyway), and so a lot of them make it a point to come by and interface with me. I bombard them with questions about their origin, their lives and lifestyle - I could write many books about all of these explorations, but for now, let's just say they are, each and every one of them extremely fascinating!
It was during this time, that I began to write the book "The Voice of an Angel" with Yeshua bin Joseph, a memoir in his voice about his birthing as a light being, as it progressed to him having a physical experience as Jesus upon the earth plane, and then progressing to tell of his ascension and current role during this ascension process on earth. This book took a few years to write, as I wrote it in two parts, as I was travelling and other things took precedent in my life. When I returned to Canada in 2019 from India and with the onset of the pandemic, I was then introduced to my secondary guides. These beings were respectively from Arcturus and the Pleiades. As these explorations continued, it then came about that a book was to be written in alignment with the "Collective of 3", (my primary guide from the 12th Dimension, the Arcturian and the Pleiadian who were my new set of guides). And so, the process of writing "All that Is - Progressing to the 5th Dimension" began. It took me four months to complete this book, which was a joy to write and took me on many joyous excursions through many inter-dimensional realms.
As you can see folks, embarking on this spiritual journey has allowed me to meet and train with a plethora of Ascended Masters, which has been life-altering and profound. It has deepened my yoga and meditative practice. It has groomed me into becoming an energy healer and a steward of this realm through my gridworking skills. As I went through the motions of healing my fragmented soul, my bruised and broken physical and energy body, I got to experience the ways and methods they used to heal me in a very somatic way. Through it all, my sensitivities have been fine-tuned, my clairaudience has come online and has been activated. I hear things within other realms as if folks were speaking to me in the same room. So, in a way I am connected to a radio station that I can tune into at any time. This is really quite profound, often hilarious and so very satisfying. I have learned to channel my energy during gridwork missions as a remote viewer and work to assist in the shifting of timelines and raise the vibration of the collective as we shift out of these lower vibrations that have been imposed on us by the Draco lords since their invasion of this plane of existence.
As time progressed, I became more and more immersed in doing Gridwork Missions as I trained with IndigoAngel, who honed my skills as a gridworker. This year, 2025, has brought me bountiful blessings as through these missions and my interactions with the Ascended Masters, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies were deeply explored. The trauma embedded in this plane of existence around each of these energies is really quite tremendous, along with the trauma that is bestowed upon innocent children. I was also working extensively with Mary Magdalene and Hathor of Egypt. As these beings dispensed their teachings to me, I was initiated into the Sophia Code Collective, to then be introduced to and initiated under the tutelage of Mother Mary, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Green/White Tara, Isis of Egypt and Anna - the grandmother of Jesus. These beings come to me to teach me on many levels of my ascension journey. I thoroughly enjoy these aspects of the Divine Mother energy as they are very powerful interactions. Since this interaction, I created a meditation series dedicated to these beings and offered it as a live 7-day meditation series - The Beauty Way of Sophia, in June 2025. Simultaneously, as I explored all of this, I met two profound earth beings, miraculously both named 'Shekinah'. Another wink from the Divine Mother consciousness - how blessed am I? The three of us came together quite powerfully and formed the Shamankas - a podcast on my YouTube channel. We continue to meet for Gridwork Missions and have since completed six successful Gridwork Missions.
As I continue my work, with beings on earth and with inter-dimensional Ascended Masters and other star beings, I am constantly evolving my own experience as I somatically dissolve and align past lives, repair my energy field and light body from all of the trauma imposed not only during this lifetime but past lifetimes as well. As a result, I continue to fine-tune my own healing modalities in assisting others as we all walk this ascension path together. I have had incredible success with my sessions and am grateful to everyone who has trusted me and opened their hearts to allow for their own healing to take place. In addition to my own healing modalities, I offer a chance for folks to interact with these Ascended Masters in a safe, friendly, casual environment. I offer one-on-one sessions with Yeshua & Mary Magdalene, Horus & Hathor & the Collective of 3 - the beings that came through in manifesting the writing of my first book, "All That Is - Progressing to the 5th Dimension".

My journey so far, has truly been about understanding, innerstanding, expansion, exploration and tremendous adventure of the mind, spirit and body. I have mostly noticed the profound miracles that take place as I reintegrated my connection to the Divine Mother, Father and healed the wounds within my own heart as it related to my relationship to religious dogma and false belief systems that did not serve my life. I went through a major part of my life in the dark, lived through other people's eyes and served the agenda of bosses or dictates within society.
Since my awakening, all of this has fallen away, people not in alignment with my newly 'lighted' being just fell away gracefully, my path cleared of all difficulties. If I do face challenges, I know that they are there for a reason and accept them as an initiation for there is a lesson to be learned or an opportunity to clear past karma.
I have fine-tuned my abilities so that I am now able to help others through my own modalities of healing through healing sessions, coursework and meditations. As my life progresses, I am experiencing so much, it is hard to keep track of it all, really. I started a YouTube channel where I documented much of my experiences with regular teachings and transmissions from these Ascended Masters and star beings. There is still so much that is left unsaid and with the onset of the 2025, I have progressed to the next octave of my ascension journey. I appeared for the first time publicly in forums with other Starseeds and truthers, discussing and debating on their channels and mine, many of the goings-on in this realm and what it is we are experiencing spiritually, socially and politically within this physical realm - exciting times indeed!
I foresee my future as the founder of a sparkling mystery school: my New Earth Prophecy - that houses hundreds of Starseeds and gentle souls who are as excited as I am to explore these inter-dimensional soul aspect potentials that we hold with in our DNA and within our light body as Ascended Master's in training.
I am currently working on creating new healing modalities that will potentially be ready for use in the next month or so. I hope that this writing has inspired you to take up the mantle to heal your light body and to further deepen your ascension daily practice. Remember that the more light you accrete into your body, the more you are able to dance into these higher light dimensions to interact with these Ascended Masters as friends and guides. They are excitedly waiting in the wings to interact with us, however can't do so until they receive an invitation from us. This I found interesting as I come from a background of having had my energy invaded by the dark ones, who came in uninvited.
How beautiful that these beings keep their distance but want us to make that free will choice to interact with them, through our own volition. In conclusion, I can't encourage you enough to make time in your life to take the reins and take control of your own ascension journey.
